Terms of Use

Nexalume is a single-player logic puzzle game. It contains puzzle packs, a progress system, XP, badges, statistics and advertising features. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, leaderboards, social features or user-generated content.

You may use the App as a guest with no account. Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In are optional and are used solely to synchronise your progress across devices. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Interstitial adverts may appear after every three to four completed puzzles. Rewarded adverts can be watched to unlock a hint. Advert availability may vary depending on the Google AdMob network response. Advertising is essential to keep the App free.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with or misuse the App;
• Interfere with, disrupt or overload our services;
• Use the App in breach of any applicable law or regulation.

All puzzle content in Nexalume was originally generated for Nexalume and is not copied from an external source. The App, its content, design and trade marks are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
